The Office of Children, Youth and Families is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childline Supervisor to help lead our team.

In this position, you will supervise Childline Caseworkers who receive referrals of suspected child abuse and neglect from mandated and non-mandated reporters then referring them to the appropriate agencies for investigation.
Your work will involve establishing performance standards and expectations, monitoring employee performance, and providing constructive feedback through coaching.
You will ensure adequate staffing and share information with staff regarding policy changes and guidelines.
Some of your duties will include developing and conducting staff training, providing technical assistance to staff, and providing on-call consultation.
Additionally, you will review and recommend suggestions to assist in the creation of material to spread public awareness about child abuse and neglect.
Please note, this position is considered essential and you will be required to work in the event of an office closing, emergency, or disaster.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
