Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is recruiting for a Capital Projects Coordinator, Senior.
This CPC, Sr is responsible for leading core workspace work (office planning, furniture requests, and moves) and also handles high value, complicated workspace remodel projects for all 32 SPU workforce facilities In-city and across the region.
The work performed by this position supports SPU staff across all lines of business and branches.

This position supports the workspace needs for staff located at all SPU’s 32 workforce facilities (in city and regional, owned and leased spaces).

Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of project or construction management or related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning or related field.
Experience and Education Equivalency: Combinations of appropriate education, training, certification, and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability to the minimum education and experience requirements.
License, Certification and Other Requirement: Current Washington State driver’s license or evidence of equivalent mobility.

Workplace Environment: The employee in this position will be required to come into the office five days a week, Monday - Friday. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
The full salary range for this position is $64.17 - $74.86 per hour.
