This job involves helping to create, track, and manage budgets for major state departments like Health and Human Resources, including preparing reports and advising staff on spending rules.
It requires strong math and computer skills to handle financial data and ensure everything follows state laws.

Training: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, public administration, accounting, statistics, economics, finance, public policy analysis or related area.
OR
Substitution: Additional experience as described below may substitute for the required training at the rate of one (1) year experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of required training.
AND
