**Your eligibility for consideration will be based on your responses to the questions in the application.** Major Duties:

The incumbent of this position serves as the Automotive Worker Foreman and is primarily involved in the operation and production of a factory engaged in the rebuilding and re-manufacturing or maintenance, repair and up-fitting of a wide variety of complex vehicular equipment and components for various agencies of the federal government, including the military, by utilizing an inmate workforce.

Responsible for technical and administrative supervision of inmates who use trades and labor skills to re-manufacture finished products according to required specifications and deadlines.

Must also possess skill and knowledge regarding the supervision of trades and craft work which employs low skilled and very poorly motivated workers.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution.

The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.
