Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

This role involves leading student services across South Carolina's technical college system, focusing on policies, initiatives, and resolving student issues to boost access and success.
It requires coordinating with colleges, state partners, and handling compliance like Title IX.
Ideal candidates are experienced higher education leaders passionate about innovative student support in community colleges.
A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.
Extensive knowledge of historic and current theory and practice of student services administration in postsecondary environments with special knowledge of application at the community/technical college level.
Considerable experience managing a variety of student services functions. Ability to research and analyze federal laws and regulations and interpret for application at the local and state level.
Ability to analyze college operations and present recommendations for change. Ability to perform audit functions and manage audit processes.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
