Under limited supervision of the Constituent Services Manager, incumbent communicates and facilitates effective interaction between the SCOR, program constituents and the public.
Assist with the coordination of the Special Case Panel process and manages the external Coordination Process. Job duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Incumbent also assists with development and implementation of comprehensive communication plans relating to researching, managing and resolving constituent complaints and concerns; coordinates constituent related inquiries and serves as a first point of contact for casework.
Responds to public phone calls, letters received from constituents and visitors and ensures the most up-to-date and accurate information is communicated.
Monitors and tracks client progress towards recovery goals and documents it by utilizing standardized forms. Addresses citizen petitions/ appeals concerns and questions through the Special Case Panel review process pertaining to SCOR's Housing Recovery program policies.
Sends agency referrals and coordinates with other internal staff to ensure accurate and timely responses are given.
Drafts and edits constituent responses and executive correspondences related to constituents' services casework; assign and review closeout packet; provides internal consulting to SCOR on communication and dispute resolution strategies designed to improve organizational effectiveness.
Assists with coordinating the approval and signature for correspondence.
A high school diploma and relevant program experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, management, communications, public relations, social work, psychology, conflict resolution or other consumer related fields preferred.
