QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT.
All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
In addition to the above, Highly Qualified Candidates will posses the following: Restaurant management experience Resort/hotel experience required Prior financial and administrative duties required Restaurant monthly inventory background required Major Duties:
Within a lodging facility, plans and manages the day-to-day food service program where full-service restaurant dining and catering are a regular, substantial basis of the total food operation.
Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public.
Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff.
