Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, overseeing, and managing architectural projects related to infrastructure for the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
This role involves applying architectural and construction principles to assess the aesthetic and functional aspects of designs, understanding the implications of design choices, and carefully selecting materials based on their suitability, maintenance needs, cost-effectiveness, life-cycle value, and environmental impact.
Additionally, you will inspect site conditions, assist construction management and technical teams, report on project progress, and contribute to the Department's efforts in sustainability and climate change adaptation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 5 days per pay period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
