The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and the Alaska International Airport System is looking an Airport Leasing Specialist 4 (Assistant Leasing Manager) to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What You Will Be Doing: This position serves as second in command for leasing at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, assigns and evaluates the work of subordinate professional leasing staff, and is responsible for a broad range of advanced tasks related to the stewardship of airport properties for the Alaska International Airport System (AIAS).
Coordinates and actively participates in complex leasing assignments including multi-million-dollar agreements and public offerings, issues that deviate from established guidelines and involve conflict/controversy and political considerations.
Position recommends policy for implementation of laws/regulations and recommends regulatory changes.

In order to uphold our mission, we typically follow a standard 8-4:30, Monday through Friday schedule.
