You will serve as an AIR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the AIR OPERATIONS PROGRAM of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number:ST-12893923-26-LMH.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

- You will provide leadership, continuity of experience, historical reference and expert advice on management and improvement of business practices.
- You will provide detailed trend analysis regarding planned and unplanned maintenance requirements of critical airfield systems.
- You will develop, create and review Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSA).
- You will develop, identify, coordinate and/or submit data required for use for Regional Air Operations.
- You will maintain a high level of technical expertise regarding digital information dissemination procedures and systems.
- You will analyze/create Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contracts to determine financial feasibility and mission suitability.
