About the Position: The Air and Missile Defense Specialist, GS-0301-12, serves as an action officer within the Headquarters US European Command (HQ EUCOM) Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Division and the Joint Operations Center (JOC) with duties assigned to the Plans and Operations Center.
The primary duties of this position are to assist with operations, crisis planning, and execution of IAMD operations within the command area of responsibility (AOR).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
