As an Aging Care Management Supervisor 3, you will lead and oversee the Older Adult Support Bureau's Protective Service Division, directing programs that support and safeguard older adults in the community.
This position requires the ability to work with significant independence to develop policies, manage operations, and ensure compliance with state and DHS/AAA regulations.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders to improve programs, develop contracts and plans, as well as respond to community needs.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time (hybrid), up to 2 days per week after 6-months of employment.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
