Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology/Management/Engineering and ten (10) years of experience in engineering or construction related field OR fifteen (15) years of proven professional experience in construction/engineering supervisory and/or management role.
Requires knowledge of recent developments, current literature, and sources of information regarding transportation engineering.
Must have broad experience with a PC operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and fifteen (15) years of experience in managing and/or overseeing the construction of roadways, storm water, and bridges and licensed as a Professional Engineer in Indiana.Certifications with USACE, ACI, APWA, INDOT, EDEM, NHSI, OSHA preferred.
