Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Public Health - Seattle & King County is seeking to hire a Career Service Administrator II to join our vibrant and diverse team in our Contracts, Procurement, and Real Estate Services (CPRES) section in the Administrative Services division of Public Health.
The candidate will provide specialized technical, program-specific information that requires limited interpretation of established policies, procedures, and other relevant sources to internal and/or external customers over the telephone, in writing and/or in person.
Some employees may have to deal with sensitive and/or potentially stressful situations involved with fleet management.
This person will be responsible for fleet administration for our department, and may assist with procurement of supplies and services, and the administration of securing supplier contract purchasing agreements, supplier setups, and using other related Oracle financial management tools.

Work Schedule
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday and that is not negotiable. Normal working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but that is negotiable. This is a Non-Exempt position and is subject to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is overtime eligible.
Remote and Onsite Work
The CPRES team works in a hybrid model, with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change. The primary onsite location is Chinook Building located at 401 5th Ave, Suite 1120, Seattle, WA 98104.
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
King County has a robust collection of tools and resources to support working remotely.

Employees will be provided with a County-issued laptop and must maintain a home workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.
