This job involves providing administrative support at a veterinary clinic on a military base, including handling patient records, scheduling appointments, managing payments, and keeping the facility clean.

This position is located at the Fort Riley Veterinary Treatment Facility. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressive work experience which demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of the position.
Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent. Experience in using a point of sales software.
Basic arithmetic expertise to balance cash draw, accept payments and provide change accurately. Typing proficiency - 40WPM.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Clerical experience in a Veterinary Clinic or equivalent or working in an outpatient medical facility/operations as clerical-administrative support.
