This job is for an administrative assistant at a veterinary clinic on a military base in Hawaii, where you'll handle front-desk tasks like greeting clients, scheduling pet appointments, managing records, processing payments, and keeping the clinic clean and stocked.
It's a good fit for someone with office experience in a medical or animal care setting who is organized, good with numbers, and comfortable with basic computer work and customer service.
No special incentives are offered, but it's a stable government role supporting animal health services.
This position is located at the Keneohe Bay Veterinary Treatment Facility. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressive work experience which demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of the position.
Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent. Experience in using a point of sales software.
Basic arithmetic expertise to balance cash draw, accept payments and provide change accurately. Typing proficiency - 40WPM.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Clerical experience in a Veterinary Clinic or equivalent or working in an outpatient medical facility/operations as clerical-administrative support.
