You will serve as a Administrative Support Assistant in the Navy Recruiting Command of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT NEW ORLEANS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Operating office equipment such as copiers, personal computers and fax machines to create, edit, receive and send emails and other correspondence, reports, presentations, and various supporting documents; 2) Developing spreadsheets, maintaining various databases and tracking systems to ensure data correctness and completion; 3) Reviewing documents for proper formatting and accuracy in spelling, grammar and punctuation.
