You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER of CENTER FOR SERVICE SUPPORT. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions.
This position is subject to the hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize knowledge of Department of Defense and Department of Navy administrative policies, directives, regulations, and programs to support administrative operations and ensure compliance.
2) Demonstrate knowledge and experience in federal civilian supervisory responsibilities and practices to support workforce management and organizational effectiveness.
3) Work with enlisted evaluations, officer Fitness Reports, and military and federal civilian awards processes to support performance documentation and recognition in accordance with policy.
4) Interpret and perform personnel functions supported by military guidance and directives, including the Military Personnel Manual (MILPERSMAN), Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR), and applicable Department of Defense statutes and regulations to ensure accurate execution of administrative actions.
5) Perform manning and manpower analysis using Authorized Manpower Documents (AMDs), Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), and Manpower Needs Assessment (MNA) cycle processes to support workforce planning and mission requirements.
