Full Job Description

You will serve as an Administrative Officer in the Systems Directorate, Code 530200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.

Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes at least one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-01/04) or pay band (NO-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing all of the following duties: (1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; (2) Planning and organizing work; and (3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.

  • You will manage personnel programs and provide analysis and feedback to management.
  • You will prepare, route, and process all personnel documents for the division.
  • You will act as a liaison with various other laboratory divisions
  • You will serve as a financial reviewer for purchase reviews and approvals.
  • You will employ knowledge of the agency programs, activities, regulations, and policies while performing duties assigned to the incumbent including preparing, routing, and processing all personnel documents.
