Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing an insider threat program and handling personnel security clearances for a naval command, including investigating risks, advising leaders, and coordinating with various offices to ensure only eligible people access sensitive information.

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the SECURITY DIV within the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPT of NSWC PHILA DIV.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 & GS-14.
The salary range shown represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions.
This is not a high grade position; thus, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10; currently $152,471.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical expertise and management oversight of a Personnel or Insider Threat security program within an organization.
