Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Three (3) years of experience in office administrative or support functions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support ranging in difficulty from routine to complex, for an assigned division of a department
  • Work involves processing correspondence, maintaining files and records, maintaining expenditure/revenue accounts, and assisting the public.
  • Work at this level requires a high degree of accuracy.
  • Position may supervise clerical support personnel when applicable.
  • Position exercises considerable discretion due to the sensitive and confidential nature of information processed at this level.
  • Knowledge of report and record maintenance principles and techniques.
  • Skilled in organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
