This job is for an administrative assistant at a U.S.
Army base in Utah, where you'll handle everyday office tasks like answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing documents, and keeping track of deadlines to support the team.
It's a good fit for someone with basic office experience who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys helping others in a structured environment.
No advanced skills are needed, just reliability and proficiency in common computer tools.
This position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT.
Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must be able to type 40 wpm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and other software as required.
Basic computer skills, and clerical or administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation and composition techniques needed to accurately type a variety of material from written sources or voice recordings.
