Reporting directly to the Reentry Center Manager (RCM), the Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3) provides complex confidential secretarial services, assistance to the RCM and oversees clerical support operations.
Directly responsible for providing administrative office support to the RCM for the overall management of the custody staff, community corrections staff, maintenance staff, and food service staff.

As an Administrative Assistant 3, some of your duties will include:
Provide administrative support to the Reentry Center Manager (RCM} and staff at Bellingham Reentry Center:
Monitor and maintain office budget and business reports.
Process incoming/outgoing residents at Bellingham Reentry Center.
Responsible for reentry center residents’ banking process.
Perform other duties as assigned*
Required Qualifications
AND
One (1) or more years’ experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
An AA Degree or higher In Office, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior WA DOC experience.
