Full Job Description
Teach assigned chemistry courses (e.g., General Chemistry, Introductory Chemistry, College Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Chemistry with Lab) in accordance with approved course outlines and institutional standards
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory activities appropriate for a diverse student population.
Utilize D2L (Brightspace) to post course materials, manage grades, communicate with students, and facilitate discussions
Develop, administer, and grade assessments including exams, quizzes, laboratory reports, homework, and other assignments
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in compliance with college policies
Ensure laboratory instruction follows established safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
Adhere to institutional policies regarding instruction, assessment, academic integrity, and student conduct
