Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves providing top-level administrative support to the Vice President's office in a community college, handling tasks like scheduling, event planning, and managing confidential information in a busy academic setting.
It also includes serving as a main contact for students, faculty, and the community to address inquiries and coordinate special projects.

The administrative coordinator position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Academic Affairs leadership team.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex administrative functions in a fast-paced, confidential, and collaborative academic environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination across departments and divisions, supporting executive operations, special projects, purchasing, event coordination, and customer service for students, faculty, staff, and the community.
