The position is in the Office of Administrative Services (OAS), Workplace Services Division.
The incumbent serves as a Senior Workplace Program Coordinator, and is responsible for managing programs supporting tenants occupying GSA/OAS space nationwide.
We are currently filling two positions: one in Boston, MA and one in Ft. Worth, TX, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $115,711.00 per year. Locality pay will be determined upon selection. GS-13 salary range for Boston, MA: $120,548.00-$156,715.00 GS-13 salary range for Ft.
Worth, TX: $115,711.00-$150,426.00 To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is Experience analyzing customer workplace requirements in order to develop comprehensive findings; Presenting recommendations, options and solutions to incorporate the customer's mission driven needs into creative workplace solutions; Coordinating efforts to ensure delivery of these solutions and effective customer relationship management.
Major Duties:
Manages physical condition assessments to provide oversight and management of valued assets and investments; compliance with applicable Federal laws and regulations to provide safe and healthful environments for Federal employees, contractors and the public.
Oversees all contract activities related to workplace management programs to include workplace plans, operations and maintenance, efficiency enhancements and improvements, administrative programs, and special programs.
Develops and implements building policies, regulations and procedures governing workplace management programs requiring decision making in coordination with top level executives.
Determines the most efficient and economical manner by which to accomplish assigned workload, establishes priorities, and provides positive direction to team members on goal attainment and methodology.
Analyzes the functions and tasks assigned and determines how best to use employees' skills to accomplish work assignments.
