Specialized Experience GS-6: One year of specialized experience which includes; performing a variety of administrative automation duties using database applications and web based information systems, managing work order requests, and performing general office automation work to include competing forms, reports, correspondence.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Specialized Experience GS-7: One year of specialized experience which includes; reviewing work requests for appropriate information and documentation, utilizing automated systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and performing general office automation work to include competing forms, reports, correspondence.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Time in Grade Requirement GS-6: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
Time in Grade Requirement GS-7: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
