Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of welders in a naval facility, where you'll plan work assignments, schedule projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly while focusing on safety and efficiency.

No strict time requirements exist, but you need to demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills through past work or training.
You will serve as a WELDER SUPERVISOR I in the Production Resources Department of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
