This full-time job at the Washington Veterans Home involves preparing and serving meals to veterans in a nursing home setting, ensuring food is safe, sanitary, and meets nutritional needs.
You'll work early morning shifts from Sunday to Thursday, handling tasks like portioning food, cleaning equipment, and delivering meals.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, has basic food handling experience, and wants to support veterans while starting a stable state government career.

Must be able to pass a DSHS BCCU Background Check prior to beginning services and every two (2) years in accordance with WDVA Policy 615.000 Background Checks.
Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment but will be considered in determining the applicant's suitability and competence to perform in the position.
