In this position, you will support and serve veterans by guiding them through the process of filing for benefits and other services.
By working closely with them to complete and submit their application forms, you will ensure that all legal requirements are met.
Your work will involve communicating with medical professionals to gather necessary evidence and provide them with the required forms.
Further duties will also include conducting interviews with claimants to gather information and facilitate the development of their claims.
Additionally, you will establish and maintain contact with veterans’ organizations and government agencies to ensure veterans and their families receive services.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 5 days out of 10 days in a pay period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
