Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves teaching military personnel, civilians, and foreign nationals about information warfare topics like security, math, communications, and electronic systems in a fast-paced training environment at a naval base in Florida.
You'll prepare classrooms, deliver lessons in labs or integrated settings, guide hands-on skill development, and assess student performance through tests and feedback.

You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the CENTER FOR INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING (CIWT) of INFOWARTRACMD CORRY STATION PENSACOLA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides fast paced instruction to military members in the following areas: security procedures, fundamental mathematics, communication theory, signal modulation and multiplexing theory, basic signal analysis, radio wave propagation and electronic equipment operation and theory; 2) Performs duties to include but not limited to, classroom preparation, curriculum configuration management and delivery in a standard classroom, laboratory, or Integrated learning Environment (ILE), 3) Directs students in laboratory development of skills with the preparation of numerous course products through training scenarios and instruction sheets; and 4) Evaluates, counsels, and remediates student performance on a continuing basis.
