Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a senior technician in the Navy who helps install and upgrade electronic systems on shore bases, working closely with engineers and teams to coordinate projects and solve problems on-site.
It involves reviewing technical documents, communicating with customers and contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to testing.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in electronics or engineering support, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges in a military or government setting.
You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the LOGISTICS AND LIFE CYCLE ENGINEERING (40000) of NIWC ATLANTIC.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: technical expertise in installation, modernization, and troubleshooting of shore platform systems, along with strong skills in coordination, problem-solving, and communication with internal teams and external contractors.
