Full Job Description

You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Property Management Division, Supply Branch (Code 1072) of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing warehouse management operations and performing supply administrative functions to ensure accountability of an organization's assets.

  • You will serve as the technical support for warehouse management processes and operations and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) warehouse management functionality.
  • You will perform procedural and operational taskings associated with day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • You will assist the warehouse storage subject matter expert with Operating Materials and Supplies and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) management.
  • You will perform warehouse and administrative functions to facilitate logistics support.
  • You will conduct daily warehouse inventory operations.
  • You will apply established warehouse management methods, procedures, and business practices to locate, organize, and move assets.
  • You will address/resolve warehouse management and logistical support procedural, technical, and automation issues that arise.
  • You will report on visibility and accountability of assets and compliance with governing policy.
  • You will implement site Operating Materials and Supplies and NAVSUP processes for command inspections, assessments, and audits.
  • You will participate in policy and procedural studies and analyses and recommend process and business practice improvement initiatives.
  • You will measure Operating Materials and Supplies and NAVSUP status using a variety of locally developed metrics to determine effectiveness in achieving goals and objectives.
  • You will routinely submit authoritative reports and engage in discussions regarding status with the chain of command.
