About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Guard Supervisor for the Security Guard force assigned under the authority of the Senior Commander on USAG Natick.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience with a federal, state, municipal, local, or private protective organization (1) planning the activities of a security guard force shift, (2) performing access control or visitor control center operations, (3) administering training to ensure personnel are equipped to protect against threats to property and personnel, and (4) performing supervisory duties to include interviewing candidates for employment, evaluating employee performance, and providing recommendations for leave approval and disciplinary action.
