Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilization of superior resource management skills to include fiscal, facilities management, security, human resources, information AND time management processes; Demonstration of superior understanding of service delivery and customer support techniques focused on optimization and prioritization of resources and requirements; AND Utilization of above average communication skills and be able to distill complex issues and problems into executive level decision briefs.
