Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage and improve training programs for the Navy's construction workforce, including coordinating curriculum updates, reviewing training needs with military partners, and handling budgeting for education initiatives.
It's a supervisory role focused on ensuring training meets real-world fleet demands through data analysis and innovative methods.
A good fit would be someone with experience in military or government program management, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of defense budgeting who enjoys working with multiple services to enhance training effectiveness.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST located in the FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT (FIM) DIRECTORATE (N5) of CENSEABEESFACENG.
The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages and coordinates within the CFSE Domain and supported organizations the formalization and initiation of projects for curriculum changes, revisions, and development; 2) Directs the coordination and conduct of the training requirements review process with fleet stakeholders to review and revalidate existing courses for which CSFE is the curriculum control authority; 3) Comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense planning, programming and budgeting system and the procedures of fiscal execution.
Includes Naval Education and Training Command Program Objective Memorandum; 4) Provides expert advice in order to establish and maintain Job Duty Task Analyses for every rating or job in the Construction Force; and 5) Manages programs using creative and innovative methods of new developments in education and training.
