Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supporting leadership, technical and programmatic guidance to ensure execution within approved budget and schedule; 2) Developing, reviewing and approving Configuration Management (CM) plans; lead Change Control Boards 3) Coordinating the review and disposition of submitted audit plans; participate in audits and working groups to ensure audits are thorough, complete, and conducted in accordance with policies, procedures, and provisions 4) Managing the review and disposition of configuration changes and coordinate stakeholder reviews to determine potential impacts, contract modifications, and overall accuracy and completeness; 6) Developing, updating, and maintaining databases and associated documentation.

  • You will serve as a supervisor and Configuration Management Lead providing technical and administrative direction.
  • You will be responsible for time and attendance, performance reviews, handling employee issues and concerns, ensuring DAWIA and mandatory training compliance, and day-to-day oversight of assigned employees within the program office.
  • You will provide support to all PMA Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads in establishing and maintaining configuration control throughout the program.
  • You will support leadership, technical and programmatic guidance to the Configuration and Data Management Teams to ensure execution within the program’s approved budget and schedule.
  • You will support the development, review and approval of CM plans; support Configuration Change Control Boards; manage the program’s Configuration Control Board Process; support Procurement Planning Conferences and Acquisition Strategy Meetings.
  • You will coordinate the review and disposition of contractor submitted Functional and Physical Configuration Audit plans for the PMA; ensure audits are complete and conducted in accordance with policies, procedures, and provisions of the contract.
  • You will review CM related CDRLs, SOWs and schedules and attend Data Requirements Review Boards; manage the disposition of configuration changes and coordinate Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) stakeholder reviews.
