Full Job Description

You will serve as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (PLCYPLN) in the Atlantic Fleet C4I and Readiness Department of NIWC ATLANTIC.

You will serve as the Shore C4I Integration Division head responsible for multiple Integrated Product Teams delivering critical C4I systems into US Navy Shore based Information Warfare platforms.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the oversight and management of integrated product teams, planning and managing resource planning requirements, directing business planning and development efforts, and performing various supervisory duties.

  • You will lead the oversight, management, and supervision of multiple integrated product teams in the execution of a common family of complex C4ISR and IT systems programs/projects.
  • You will serve as a technical expert and advisor, guiding, coaching, and encouraging overall team progress while providing feedback on team and individual performance.
  • You will plan, manage, and execute strategic resource planning requirements supporting overall division design, acquisition, systems engineering, integration, testing, software, and configuration management requirements.
  • You will conduct performance assessments.
  • You will direct the work of other personnel.
  • You will establish and direct business planning and development efforts.
