This job involves leading teams that build and integrate advanced communication, command, and IT systems for the US Navy's shore-based operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to deployment.
As a supervisor, you'll guide experts, manage resources, and drive business strategies to deliver these critical systems on time.
It's ideal for experienced IT leaders with a background in defense projects who enjoy mentoring teams and handling complex technical programs.
You will serve as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (PLCYPLN) in the Atlantic Fleet C4I and Readiness Department of NIWC ATLANTIC.
You will serve as the Shore C4I Integration Division head responsible for multiple Integrated Product Teams delivering critical C4I systems into US Navy Shore based Information Warfare platforms.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the oversight and management of integrated product teams, planning and managing resource planning requirements, directing business planning and development efforts, and performing various supervisory duties.
