In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized Experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining knowledge of facilities management including requirements, planning, project development, facilities engineer and acquisition, facilities sustainment/maintenance, utility and energy management, base support vehicle and equipment, environmental services, and installation and restoration; 2) Planning, directing, and coordinating Public Works products and services through necessary personal and resources; 3) Developing and/or adapting long and short range engineering plans; and 4) Managing multiple funding streams with differing restrictions on use of funds.
