Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to handle military personnel records, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time under tight deadlines.
You'll supervise staff, check for errors, and provide reports and advice to managers on HR matters.

You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (MIL) of NRD HOUSTON.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supervising or leading personnel in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment to include: assigning work, monitoring performance, and enforcing processes and standards; 2) Managing the end-to-end processing workflow for personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance; 3) Applying and interpreting personnel and recruitment policies, instructions, and regulations to resolve unusual or complex processing issues; 3) Conducting formal quality checks on personnel records to identify and correct deficiencies or trends to improve process quality.
