Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing military housing operations at a large Army base, including planning for barracks maintenance and upgrades, managing housing databases, and analyzing data on housing availability and customer needs.
It supports the garrison commander by providing expert advice on housing programs and conducting inspections to ensure quality.

About the Position: Serves as a Housing Manager reporting to the Chief of Housing Division located on the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at a large multi-mission installation.
