Full Job Description

You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer in the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division (GT56), Training Systems Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Department of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Serving as a Lead Systems Engineer, developing acquisition package documentation and managing Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events for highly complex training systems; 2) Leading multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting efficiency and alignment with leadership priorities to achieve high performance and accelerate warfighter readiness; 3) Experienced across the full acquisition lifecycle while effectively coordinating with non-technical stakeholders and functional disciplines; 4) Maintaining the technical baseline and overseeing all technical aspects of complex training systems, including associated subsystems, interfaces, and integration efforts.
