Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to inspect buildings and facilities for fire safety risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and directing emergency responses on a Marine Corps base in Georgia.
It requires hands-on experience in fire protection to develop programs, review construction plans, and train staff on preventing fires and handling hazards.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTOR in the Public Safety Division of MCLB ALBANY GA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical expertise, and training in fire protection efforts; assigning work requirements; directing firefighting operations; implementing plans and programs; and providing direction during emergency incidents.
