Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage the procurement of spare and repair parts for naval weapon systems, ensuring everything from specifications to packaging meets high standards.
You'll work with various partners to solve issues, develop best practices, and oversee the creation of quality procurement packages to keep supplies flowing without delays.
It's a great fit for someone with experience in supply chain management, technical procurement, and team leadership in a government or defense setting.
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in the review and development of procurement packages for highly technical specifications and supply packaging requirements.& Systems knowledge and experience working in specialized applications in the review and development of technical data packages& Experience gathering, creating, and working with partners to interpret, review, analyze and evaluate data in support of the acquisition process& Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues impacting supply spares and repair parts, develops best practices, and oversees technical item management.
