Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team that manages employee benefits for Army civilian workers, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts, while providing expert advice and ensuring smooth operations.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in HR benefits administration, strong leadership skills for supervising staff, and the ability to analyze problems and work well with others in a government setting.

Eighteen months HR experience applying employee benefits laws, regulations and program requirements. 2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending resolutions to interrelated benefits cases.
(Retirement eligibility, health and life insurance , 401(k) participation, Portability of Benefits). 3.
Experience using HR information systems and tools, as such Employee Benefits Systems, ServiceNow, AutoNOA and Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. 4.
At least three (3) months experience managing a program or supervising/leading a team. Major Duties:
