Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading a team of scientists, engineers, and IT experts in the Navy's information warfare systems command, focusing on overseeing technical projects, managing personnel, and ensuring the development and integration of command and control systems.

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the DEVSECOPS ARCH (CODE 53231) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specilaized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical and project management oversight, demonstrating skill in executing systems engineering tasks for Command and Control (C2) systems; applying knowledge of IT systems processes; and knowledge of personnel management processes (i.e.
hiring, promotions, awards, etc.) and assessing employees' performance.
