In this role, you will work with individuals who were adjudicated of certain sex crimes and are about to reach their 21st birthday but are still in need of continued treatment.

In this position, you will provide behavioral management and implement treatment services according to residents’ individualized treatment plans.
Your work will involve encouraging residents in self-care skills and activities of daily living, as well as monitoring individuals' sleep and providing assistance as needed during the night.
You will observe for signs of behavioral disorder or tension and report such observations to the Registered Nurse Supervisor, Registered Nurse, and treatment team.
Some of your duties will include conducting individual and group therapeutic activities, helping residents to identify and solve their problem behaviors, and conducting building searches and body searches of residents.
Additionally, you will secure and escort residents to on-grounds and off-grounds medical appointments, therapeutic activities, court hearings, and other locations as necessary.
