Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting adult victims of sexual assault and harassment in the Navy by providing advocacy, helping with reports, conducting trauma-informed assessments, and creating personalized case management plans.
It's a supportive role focused on non-clinical assistance to help victims navigate their experiences and access resources.
A good fit would be someone with experience in victim services, empathy for trauma survivors, and skills in program development and case management.

In addition to the Basic Requirement for this position at the GS-11 level, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing non-clinical support to adult victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; 2.) Developing, marketing and analyzing services provided to victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; 3.) Employing various methods and techniques typical of a sexual harassment victim advocate program.
