THE ROLE
Reporting to the Port's Director of Finance and the Assistant Director of Finance, the Senior Risk Manager will spearhead the strategic development and implementation of an innovative risk management program for the Port of Long Beach (Harbor Department).
This pivotal role involves supervising a talented team of risk and insurance professionals, shaping policies to safeguard our operations while driving growth and resilience.

The Port of Long Beach has established an annual salary range of $158,700.08 - $222,180.53 (Appointment to this position is expected to be at or below the midpoint of the salary range; however, the final amount will be carefully determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, qualifications, and an evaluation of internal equity within the organization).
