This job involves leading a team to maintain and repair electrical systems at a major water treatment plant that supplies drinking water to the region.

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is recruiting one (1) Senior Pump Station Electrical Technicians in the Water Line of Business.
This position will lead and perform senior level work and provide direction to Pump Station Electrical Technicians in supporting the operation and maintenance activities at the Tolt Treatment Plant in Duvall, WA.
This position is crucial to plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and outages which produce approximately 40% of our region’s drinking water supply.
The plant operates and produces treated high quality drinking water around the clock.

Experience: Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program and four (4) years journey-level electronic experience, including experience with remote control and telemetry circuits (Combinations of education, training and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability).

Washington State driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility.

Workplace Environment: Employees will be required to come into the office five days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
The full salary range for this position is $59.73 - $64.51 per hour.
